How to cook meat in malay style.

Material:
½ kilogram meat (thin cut)
5 stalks chili
4 peel garlic
Thumb of ginger
2 small spoon sugar
1 spoon large sour Javanese
Soy sauce 1 spoon large

15 stalks dried chillies
6 seed onions
3 seed large onions (small slice)
2 smallspoon salt
1 spoon vinegar
5 spoon cooking oil


Ways:
Blend all materials and cook until to rise above the smell. Insert meat and water. When the meat soft, add vinegar, soy sauce, water, onions and sour Java. Cook until dry.

cooking fish

Material:
4 pieces of fish
4 spoon are chilli powder
2 spoon are curry spices
1 spoon the mustard seed
Little oil
3 stalks red chili (cut lengthwise)
1 cup coconut milk concentrate

2 spoon being rustle
Stir spices, turmeric, salt, sugar and vinegar

Slice material:
3 peel garlic
6 peel onion
1:25 cm ginger


Ways:
Fish in the wash and dottiness. Put together turmeric,salt and fish, and grilled. Stir ingredients together. Then enter the curry spices, coconut milk and chilli powder. Enter rustle, chili, salt, vinegar and fish. Stir gently until cooked.

Ingredient:

1 chicken (cut 12)
½ cup cooking oil
2 tablespoon ghee
3 tablespoon meat curry spices
1 tablespoon sweet powder jintan
1 tablespoon chili powder
8 peel onion (small slice)
4 garlic peel (small slice)
3 cm ginger (small slice)
2 tablespoon rustle
2 cups coconut milk
5 seed potatoes
3 seed tomatoes
3 stalks green chili
1 sprig parsley
1 stalk spring onion
Salt to taste


Stir fry ingredients:
6 peel onion (small slice)
4 garlic peel (small slice)
3 cm ginger (small slice)
1 stalk curry leaves
6 cm skin cinnamon
5 clove flowers
3 flowers lawang
5 whole cardamom seeds
½ teaspoon sweet jintan


Ways:

Heat cooking oil & ghee & enter Tumis materials. Stir until fragrant curry spices & enter, jintan sweet powder, coriander powder, chili powder & materials blended smooth. Stir well and leave to break oil. Chicken & cleaned ditoskan then inserted into the spices with a little water. Stir until smooth and leave to tenderize the chicken. Enter the coconut milk, potatoes, salt and rustle up & let boil. When potatoes soft, add tomatoes & green chili. stir until smooth and lift.
