masukkan minyak dalam kuali, tunggu hingga minyak panas. masukkan bawang yang telah di kisar, tumis hingga kuning. masukkan cili giling, tumiskan hingga cili masak (pecah minyak). masukkan santan,budu, serai,garam secukup rasa. Tumiskan dengan api yang perlahan hingga masak/ pekat.Hingga naik bau.

masukkan beras dalam periuk, air secukupnya dan sedikit kunyit.

CHINESE Nasi Goreng
Material:
2 plates of white rice
1 cup shrimp wet (remove skin)
Fill in 1 cup chicken (boiled)
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans peas, corn seeds)
4 eggs (beaten) 5 bean chili] pounded
5 seeds, onion]
Leaves 1 onion (sliced)
# Salt to taste
Ways:
Heat oil and stir fry chili, then enter the shrimp and chicken and mixed vegetables. Leave for five minutes, then add eggs (leave until quite ripe eggs) and stir. 1 cawan udang basah (buang kulitnya)
1 cawan isi ayam (direbus dan disiat)
1 cawan sayur campur (lobak merah,kacang peas,biji jagung)
4 biji telur (dipukul) 5 biji cili merah ] ditumbuk
5 biji bawang merah ]
1 helai daun bawang (dihiris)
# Garam secukup rasa
Cara:
Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan cili, Kemudian masukkan udang serta daging ayam dan sayur campur. Biarkan selama lima minit, kemudian masukkkan telur (biarkan hingga telur agak masak)dan kacau. Masukkan nasi serta sedikit garam gaulkan hingga rata dan taburkan daun bawang. Bila telah masak angkat dan boleh dihidangkan dan letakkan sedikit bawang goreng..

How to cook meat in malay style.
Material:
½ kilogram meat (thin cut)
5 stalks chili
4 peel garlic
Thumb of ginger
2 small spoon sugar
1 spoon large sour Javanese
Soy sauce 1 spoon large
15 stalks dried chillies
6 seed onions
3 seed large onions (small slice)
2 smallspoon salt
1 spoon vinegar
5 spoon cooking oil
Ways:
Blend all materials and cook until to rise above the smell. Insert meat and water. When the meat soft, add vinegar, soy sauce, water, onions and sour Java. Cook until dry.

1:25 cm ginger

Fish in the wash and dottiness. Put together turmeric,salt and fish, and grilled. Stir ingredients together. Then enter the curry spices, coconut milk and chilli powder. Enter rustle, chili, salt, vinegar and fish. Stir gently until cooked.

2 tablespoon rustle
2 cups coconut milk
5 seed potatoes
3 seed tomatoes
3 stalks green chili
1 sprig parsley
1 stalk spring onion
Salt to taste
Stir fry ingredients:
6 peel onion (small slice)
4 garlic peel (small slice)
3 cm ginger (small slice)
1 stalk curry leaves
6 cm skin cinnamon
5 clove flowers
3 flowers lawang
5 whole cardamom seeds
½ teaspoon sweet jintan
Ways:
Heat cooking oil & ghee & enter Tumis materials. Stir until fragrant curry spices & enter, jintan sweet powder, coriander powder, chili powder & materials blended smooth. Stir well and leave to break oil. Chicken & cleaned ditoskan then inserted into the spices with a little water. Stir until smooth and leave to tenderize the chicken. Enter the coconut milk, potatoes, salt and rustle up & let boil. When potatoes soft, add tomatoes & green chili. stir until smooth and lift.
